At Soet Sonde, every brookie, blondie, and cookie dough bar is handmade with love and care. Because our treats are perishable and made to order, we follow a set shipping schedule to make sure your order arrives as fresh and indulgent as it left our kitchen.

🧁 Order Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for us to bake, cool, pack, and prepare your order before it’s ready for dispatch.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to The Courier Guy for PUDO locker or door delivery.
👉 We are a small-batch bakery and currently cap production at 30 boxes per week. Once the weekly limit is reached, new orders will automatically roll over to the following week’s shipping schedule.
🚚 Shipping Schedule
We currently ship orders every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure product freshness.
This shipping window is part of our Freshness Promise — your order is always baked just before dispatch and never left sitting over a weekend.
🕛 Cut-Off Times
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesdays will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Please place your order well in advance. Bulk orders (10+ boxes, corporate, or event catering) must be booked at least 1 month in advance to guarantee availability.

• Delivered from our locker to your chosen locker
• Provide your exact locker name or location at checkout
• If no locker is specified, we’ll send your order to the closest available locker based on your address
2) PUDO Locker-to-Door Delivery (3–5 Business Days)
• R90.00 total
• Delivered from our locker straight to your home address
• Enter your full and correct home address at checkout
✨ Free Shipping Over R1000
Orders over R1000 qualify for free PUDO Locker-to-Locker delivery.
⚠ Soet Sonde is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, missing, or outdated locker/address details.

📍 Double-Check Your Address or Locker Details
Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delivery delays or parcel returns.
Returned parcels will incur a re-delivery fee plus a R100 admin charge.
📦 Missed Collections
If you don’t collect your parcel from the PUDO locker in time, Soet Sonde cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or return fees.
Please track your order closely.
🧊 Damage During Transit
We pack every treat securely, but once your parcel is with the courier, we cannot guarantee handling.
We are not liable for melted, broken, or damaged products caused in transit.
To report damage, please contact The Courier Guy directly upon delivery.
